We want you to love your LE AURA experience. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

If your product meets the return criteria:

You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.


Please note:

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.


Replacements
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement free of charge once we verify the issue.

Important: Opened products are not eligible for return or refund. Please inspect the item carefully before opening.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
